Thank you for joining us for another episode of Brilliant Talks, our free weekly real estate coaching program. Today, we discussed the listing presentation. What are the things we need to highlight in our listing presentation?
The most important thing to remember when you are about to do a listing presentation is this: You are interviewing to get the job, not just presenting your material.
Your material is just there to answer the big questions your potential client might have before they even ask them. The key is not the packet you hand out, although you should still put a lot of care and thought into your presentation material. The key is in the way you explain the information in there and how it solves problems for your clients.
